André began his career at 16 performing with local bands and philharmonic orchestra from his town Perpignan/France.

In 1982 and 1984 he went to study at the Berklee College/Boston and M.I/Los Angeles. After he started teaching drums and playing with many Jazz bands. Even now touring with different bands in France and Spain.

Graduated Doctor in music, he teached, from 1993 to 2018, in the Perpignan Regional Conservatory,  where he was director of the festival: International Drums week.

He’s autor of  1,2,3,Go! volume 1 and 2 ( Jazz coordination) and Steps To The Beat (rhythmic concept) which are edited in France by Alfonce Production.

He’s autor of the trilogie Total Update (rhythmic concept for 4 ways coordination in 3 books) by Dinsic in Spain.
