Gerald Law II is a drummer, composer, and educator from the Central Florida area. Law built a reputation as the go-to drummer for jazz and R&B artists, as well as a rising composer utilizing his background as a drummer and cellist to create his unique sound. If you've seen him play, you know why he's affectionately called "the smiling drummer." From his drum throne, Law drives the rhythm and elevates the performance of everyone around him. That includes his band of versatile collaborators, The Clutch, who bring audiences to incredible heights with music that always grooves, whether simmering with soulful energy or exploding in creative improvisation.

As a supporting musician, Law has worked with artists such as Joey Fatone (*NSYNC), AJ McLean (Backstreet Boys), Aloe Blacc, Boyz II Men, Montell Jordan, Veronica Swift, Bob James, Luis Fonsi, Jean Rodriguez (COAST CITY), BLANCA, and more! As an artist, Law released his first EP, From G. to You, in 2020. Since then, he has followed up his debut release with From G. to You (Vol. 2-4), Sensory Vibes (Vol. 1-2), and he has most recently been making waves with his latest release, Who We Are 2025.
